These are just a few pics I took experimenting with light painting. After seeing some amazing photo work utilizing the process I wanted to attempt a few shots to fully understand how it works. Perhaps in the future I'll try to do something more artistic with it. 

Richmond After Dark

As part of a photo assignment for my digital photography class, we were prompted to take photos at night. So I decided to venture out into Richmond after dark and take a few photos of my beloved city. I was hoping to get my own shot of the RVA skyline, however I'm not gonna lie, my friend and I chickened out once we got to the flood wall après daylight hours. Instead we decided to shoot from the Manchester Bridge. The shots of the Main Street train station are from a parking deck.
